He is a master electrician with 20+ years experience and is a warranty certified dealer as well as service provider. They provided a finance program that helped us make this purchase with several promotional options. During the most recent power outages from hurricane Zeta our generator allowed us to remain in our home and continue with our daily activities.

I met Scott during an install in a nearby neighborhood while out for a walk. He came by the next day and looked over the install for my home and an estimate was provided promptly. The install was complete in about 2-3 weeks whereas others had quoted me 6 months due to long generator delivery. Scott took time to go over everything completely and answered all of my questions. Honestly, you couldn’t ask for better service. We were promptly called for an appointment when we requested information. Tom came to our home Friday evening and our generator was installed the following Friday in one weeks time!!! It was a record! Tom was so knowledgeable and kind. The install team was amazing. I would hire them again if they did something else besides generators!!!I already have one of those now! They did install an air purifier that is amazing! I highly recommend that!
